Last night was my best yet... AHI of 2; no leaks; pressure was fairly steady at 7 (95%tile); slept for 8.4 hrs.
I still don't have a lot of energy, but I do have the ability to get through the day without that horrible groggy feeling. I'm still tired, but not bone tired as before. I hope the energy that I want returns soon!
One thing I have observed is that before I started therapy, I was suffering from many episodes of dizziness or wooziness throughout the day. This seems to have vanished now! YAY!!
My sinuses are bothering me with all this clean, filtered air all night long. I find that they are achy all day, but not enough to keep me off task. Maybe they are drying out a bit.... LOL
All in all.... I am a happy camper with the therapy. Now if only that elusive energy would show up.....
1 Week Down.....
1 Week Down.....
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.
Re: 1 Week Down.....
The sinus discomfort will improve. I'm still waiting for that burst of energy too. Benn just over 3 months for me
