REMstar Pro M Series quit collecting data

My 2 1/2 year old REMstar Pro M Series with C-Flex quit collecting data on both the internal screen and the smartcard. I am only getting pressure and total sleep hours. None of the other vital compliant information is available. My Encore reports just show a solid black line. System seems to be helping me physically but I miss my leakage and API info. The auto start also quit working. I'm half way to replacement via insurance. Anyone else have similar problems and the cost of repair out of warranty? They quit making my series of machine.

Luna,

Just emailed our biomed department with this. Should have an answer tomorrow. If we can't repair it in house we can probably get Respironics to handle it for you through us.

Luna,

Here's the answer I received this morning from our Bio-med Manager:
This sounds like a main P.C. board problem since auto start is not working. The card could be corrupted but I think there is no information being sent to it.

If you have any questions ( I know that Dennis' answer is clear as mud but without physically having the machine to look at it's hard to be certain of the underlying problem) call Dennis at 800-376-5660 and mention this email.
