So, I cheated a little on night #2 and took a tylenol pm.
Night #1 I got maybe 2 hours of sleep, 2:51 usage and the AHI was 3.1(still good since my ss showed 96!).
Night number 2 I got a lot of sleep, 11:21 usage and the AHI was 0.3.
For the last several months I have been sleeping on the couch because my snoring would wake up my wife. Last night, she said she had to check a few times to make sure I was alive Here is hoping I keep having good nights.
Ty all!
			Night #2 = great!

Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.

Ooooohh, great night, waynegs! It isn't cheating to have a bit of pharmaceutical help to adjust to your therapy. All meds have effects, and if one of the effects is helping you get effective rest with your machine, what's the harm in trying that?
