I read that the PR system 1 has an Auto Altitude Adjustment. I live at around 2500ft alt. I just flew to Denver for the weekend. My AHI has been averaging around 1.9 but the first night in Denver it was 12. I woke tired and couldn't figure it out since I had a full night sleep until I looked at the numbers on the software. My pressure was set to 10-13 apap. I raised it to 12-15 last night had a great night sleep with a 1.4 AHI!
I travel quite a bit and if I have to constantly adjust my settings this would really be bad.
Has anyone else had this problem with the PR system 1 autopap w Aflex?

Re: Auto Altitude Adjustment PR Sys 1
Odd's are it's more to do with changing routine, than alt. Going away from the normal, means stress, that makes for worse sleep. Jim

Re: Auto Altitude Adjustment PR Sys 1
I don't know about changing routine. I travel alot. It also felt like the pressure was more like 7 then 10. (I origionally had it as 7 for awhile and had fairly high numbers before I bumped it up to 8 then 9 then 10.
