While having lunch I realized that one of the small things cpap therapy has given me back is the appreciation of the small things, like real Darjeeling tea in a nice teapot served in a nice cup with brie and Swedish rye. All those small things disappeared in a fog of not caring and I am slowly after a year finding them back.

Thanks for sharing the before-cpap and with-cpap comparison. Congratulations!
