Just remember that there will come a point where you will actually start feeling worse than when you first started, good thing it only lasts a few weeks. Its your body adjusting to the new routine and nothing to worry about, but it can get discouraging for those who are unaware.

Nope - not everyone - never felt worse, plateaued a bit but never felt worse then before I started (except the night I stayed up reading until 3am and had to get up at 6:30am)
If I had to rate my experience (I'm in my 7th? week of APAP) on a 1-10 scale, I'd say it went something like this:
Week1 = 9
Week2 = 10
Week3 = 6
Week4 = 7
Week5 = 7
Week6 = 9

Most of my subjective rating of weeks 3-5 is that now that I am so much more rested in general, I'm noticing lots of things that cause me to wake up or what not. Things like noises in the house (kids, etc.), a bad bed, temperature problems or needing to get up for bio breaks. Before CPAP, I never really noticed them or I was already half awake all the time and didn't pay any attention. During those first couple of weeks, I was so wiped out in the evenings due to my greatly increased daytime activity level, I slept like a rock.

Just my ramblings.
