I am a side sleeper and I switch from side to side often during the night. Since the hose for the Swift FX hangs down, does anyone
else get tangled up in the hose? At least the Swift LT has the clip at the top of the headgear which allows the hose to get out of the way
when you switch from side to side? Does anyone have any suggestions? I am considering switching to the FX...but I am not sure.

In my opinion, an LT rigged up overhead so that it connects to the hose from above and behind is absolutely ideal for a spinning side-sleeper. However it is possible to rig up a way to run the FX hose overhead too, with a little crafty creativity with some fabric or Velcro.

I use one of those velcro cable ties, to connect it to the top of the head gear when I first recieved the mask
now I use the papcap plus4 it has a strap built in works great

My sweet husband wired a fishing pole tip to a plant hanger,
Now my long hose rides below that and my FX flex hose hangs below that,
with only the last few inches gliding across my chest, following my nightly spinning.

Re: Swift FX or Swift LT Which one and does hose get in the way?
That was my biggest issue with the FX at first. The FX hose is heavy and pulls across the chest--I HATE that!!!!
But I have a homemade "hose management" system rigged up and hanging from a wall-mounted light fixture and that holds the slinky FX hose at just the right angle so I can move with ease and not have to worry about the hose or reseating the pillows in my nose.
The added bonus for having the hose come from that direction (overhead) instead of hanging down is that the ^%$#@ vent blows up at the ceiling, not down on ME. I'd like to shoot the person who thought the angle of those vent holes was a good idea.
With the hose wrangled, the FX is an awesome mask. It's lighter and more comfortable than the LT. But the LT is a darn good mask IMHO.

Or wear something similar to a PapCap with a loop on top.
