Sister, I am very happy for you. It is so nice to hear someone is doing well with their therapy. Especially since you were able to be in control of your own. I have a dumb machine ( no data) and I have no sleep doctor. I hope to purchase a data capable machine soon and hopefully, like you, I can take control of my own therapy.

hi, you simply must take control of your therapy,I found out that if you don't, you are fighting a loosing battle. Some of the people here helped me to take control of mine. i had my machine over 4 years and did not know that you could check your data! I was just given a machine[of their choice] and left to suffer for so long. just this year i found these people and they are wonderful!!!! Thanks for the encouragement,i need it. Hey!! Thought I'd come back to tell you guys that I am doing GREAT! i finally slept 9 hours last night and i feel great this morning!! I have no idea what went on last night because I went to sleep around 10 p.m. and woke up at a little after 7 a.m.!! I have had a long road but thanks to all of you and a lot of trying,things are better !!! So for all you newbies out there. PLEASE KEEP TRYING, it does work! Thanks to all of you!!!!!!
