Encore pro install

Went nice and smooth, with the 2 factors reader,,,, but I am a little disappointed,, I guess I misunderstood some things, Without the REMstar auto you can't get info like apneas, snores ect. The Pro2 doesn't look like it has those capabilities?

The fact is that Encore Pro displays are not very good or useful without Derek's MyEncore software.

Respironics created a tool for medical facilities & gave no thought *at all* to the xPAP user.

Derek, took the trouble to turn Respironics near useless database (useless to us) into a fantastic tool for xPAPers.

Respironics appear to think the idea is great and also *appear* to have set about a plan that has locked up the data in the database so Derek and other talented people like him, can't get access any more, and also it *appears* that Respiroincs may be about to release their own version of what Derek had already done.

This would be great if they had the moral fibre that it takes to thank Derek in some way for what he did. Instead they appear to want to squash him and at the same time clone his efforts.


I may be wrong on this and if I am proven wrong, will willingly appologise to Respironics. But if I am right I may want to let them know what I think of their plans.

The Pro 2 DOES have those capabilities. I know because I have one, too. After you download your data and are getting ready to look at it, you ohave to tell the program you want to see "full details".....when it displays the screen where you can select the dates. It's all there!

I have the same unit and get all the details you mentioned. When you create the report, click "Full details" and then be sure to view all the pages. It's all there.
