It would be great to merely swallow a pill before retiring rather than having to don our Darth Vader equipment every night! It seems nothing is without it's hitches though as all meds seem to have their share of undesirable side effects along with their magic cure for the problem so----

It is good to know that there is research being done for an alternative to cpap therapy.
I checked the side effects of Mirtazapine, and it doesn't look like something I would use unless as a last resort.
