using new cpap remstar plus m series

I have been on CPAP for about 7 years. I used the resmed s6 for probaly 6 of those years. I am still using the mirage quattro full face mask. I don't know what the problem is exactly but I cannot get used to the remstar plus m series. I am using the ramp just like before. My AHI is 26 so I have moderate sleep apnea It feels like it is blowing more air even on the ramp setting. I have taken it to my dme several times and says the setting is correct and the ramp feature is activated. I get so frustrated with it I always go back to my resmed. I now have had a sore throat for 3 weeks and am wondering if the remstar plus has something to do with this. I really don't know what to try next. Thanks for any help!
