GETTING THE WORD OUT

Post by AUTOMATIC » Thu Jan 13, 2005 10:51 am

HEY Y'ALL,
INTRO YESTERDAY. CHRISP THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE. TAKEN TO HEART AND IMPLEMENTED. ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA ON WAYS TO ADDRESS OUR PEOPLE TO LET THEM KNOW OF THE DANGERS AND NEED TO TREAT THIS CONDITION? HAVE MANY RELATIVES AND FRIENDS THAT HAVE BEEN TREATED SUCCESSFULLY WITH CPAP AND HAVE ENHANCED THEIR LIVES. THINK MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER MAY NEED THE STUDY. HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH PEDIATRIC OR CHILDREN AND OSA. COULD USE SOME ASSISTANCE. THANKS....AUTOMATIC

Hi Auto,

Glad to see an RT on the forum. Good luck with your new business. Just a pointer on BB etiquette, don't type in all CAPS. On the forums it is the same as shouting. I sense you're excited about your new venture, but I don't think you mean to shout.

Chrisp's suggestions/comments are all good and reflect the feelings of many on this forum. Glad to hear you are taking them to heart.
Sincerely,
wading thru the muck of the sleep study/DME/Insurance money pit!

Support groups for SA patients! Such groups could invite pap users ,medical personnel and DME reps to speak at meetings. A support group contact could be given to all new papers in order to support complience.
