Calling all Guru's... A "help with my report" thread

Post by singingbush86 » Sat Jun 12, 2010 6:54 am

I've done some adjustments here and there - and just can't seem to get my AHI down. My sleeping is very inconsistent and I'll have those days every now and again with "apnea yawn attacks," as I've come to call them.

Here's a link to my report. Thank you so much for taking time to look at it and not only help me learn how to read these, but how to get healthier as well. =)

I'll continue to peruse the exciting, active community you've put together.

Most of us are using cpap's, rather than bi-paps. I would suggest amending your Subject to include Bi-pap, so that other Bi-Pap users will respond. Good luck.
