So, maybe I can hope that my lousy short memory will become better soon???
In any case, it's always nice to hear that our therapy really IS helping us in so many ways.
Regards to all,

I don't know about soon....but my long-term memory is mostly back 'cept for the worst of the apnea and I think those are long gone & unrecoverable . Short-term still improving after 33 months...I do brain games, read a lot, have a challenging job and take a ton of supps for the brain. There is hope. Short-term memory is sharpest when I get 8+ hrs sleep/night...sadly I can't quite seem manage to get that night after night...ah well, I'm working on it.Jersey Girl wrote:So, maybe I can hope that my lousy short memory will become better soon???
