Hi, have you contacted whoever you got the machine from, like the dealer? This forum (at which you are certainly very welcome) is a place for discussion of Cpap treatment, of apnea problems, of almost anything including questions about different machines and how well they work for someone or what information can be accessed from some of them, but when it comes to a question like yours, I think it really has to be first addressed with the dealer because unless you forgot to plug it in, or to turn it on, we are unlikely to be able to help. We are patients only, some with a lot of experience using Cpap machines, but your question is for a technician I think, and not other patients (serial numbers are only important to us regarding our own machines - we don't fix machines .
