I have some questions that hopefully somebody knows the answer to.
What happens if you insert a generic SD card in a ResMed S9 instead of the card that comes with the machine? Does the S9 write the necessary files to the SD card or does it require that certain data files already exist on the card?
What is the capacity of the standard SD card provided with the S9 machine?

Re: ResMed SD cards
SD card provided in S9 has 1 GB
The Pr System one is more generous, it comes wiih 2 GB SD card
I guess if you slip in an SD, if it is unformatted, it will format it and then create the basic data folder -
DATALOG and files called Identification, STR etc etc

Has anyone tried a greater than 1 gig card in their S9? Seems like 2 gig is about as small as you can get nowadays...

Larger cards do work, but the S9 will only ever use (up to) 1GB of storage on them.Malibu wrote:Has anyone tried a greater than 1 gig card in their S9? Seems like 2 gig is about as small as you can get nowadays...
