Contact your local sleep labs and explain your problem. Hospital sleep labs can be an excellent source for problems such as yours. At least our local hospital's sleep lab is. I just donated a Respironics pre-M Series BPAP Auto w/Bi-Flex to my sleep lab as they do some limited pro bono PSGs and currently have an uninsured patient needing a bi-level. Also contact local churches and VNA.

Have you previously been using one?
Do you have a prescription (physical document) that states what your pressure settings are supposed to be?

Den

"Passover" Humidification - ResMed Ultra Mirage FF - Encore Pro w/Card Reader & MyEncore software - Chiroflow pillow

Good, as long as you have a bi-level script, you should be able to find the assistance you need thru A.W.A.K.E., your local hospitals' sleep labs, local independent sleep labs, churches, VNA, etc.

You would do well to edit your Profile and include what state you are in and allow PMs. Someone might prefer to contact you via PM rather than publicly thru the forum.

It would also help if you registered on the forum.
