Finally got an Auto CPAP - Software Question

Post by sbeasley » Thu May 27, 2010 7:25 pm

Hi all first post,

Learning alot from here, after using a standard CPAP for a few weeks I was able to convince my DME to give me a Auto CPAP. It is a M Series Auto A-Flex w/ humidifier. Originally they had told me that my pressure rx of 12 was not high enough to warrant an Auto Machine.

Just picked up my M Series and was curious about software, I did find an old smartcard reader that should be able to read the smartcard ( Litronic Netsignia 210). Does anyone have any experience with this unit and or a link to download software. Thanks in advance.

So nice to breathe/ sleep snore free.

To the best of my knowledge only the Mako Infineer DT3500 cable reader is compatible for the Respironics PAPs. I've never seen the cable reader you've mentioned used w/the Respironics PAPs.

My computer says I need to upgrade my brain to be compatible with its new software.

Welcome to the forum.

Slinky is correct. This is the only reader that will work for the Encore software to download the data.....because there are special drivers in/for the software that only work with this reader.

Yes it is. And, that's a good price on that combo. The prices have come down drastically in recent months.

Depending on what you have for a computer and operating system, you might want to check those out, too......so you'll know whether it's compatible with what you have.
