Trouble logging in

I'm going crazy trying to login. I forgot my password so a new one was emailed to me. but I get the that my user name is already used. So, when I change the usere name I have to give my email address, and I get the message that my email address is already in use. I'm going in circles. How do I get this all straightened out?

So at this point you are where you were before you had a problem - yes?

I think you would only get that if you tried to register again ?

No need to do the above.

The other alternative is that you were sent a password that is already in use

Otherwise just login normally, as you would before the problem started, with the new password.
