Keeping mouth shut
any suggestions for mouth breathers? I have a full face mask and just got fitted for an oral appliance. I was hoping to be able to travel with just the oral appliance but my husband says that I am snoring with just the oral appliance in.
Re: Keeping mouth shut
You'll need a chinstrap.

Re: Keeping mouth shut
thanks for the response - i also use the same full face mask you do with a pressure setting of 11 as well - can i get a chin strap at a local store ?

Good idea on the chin strap. More than likely you will need to continue using your machine. Did it come with a carrying case?
