Keeping mouth shut

Post by expectamiracle » Wed May 26, 2010 12:05 pm

any suggestions for mouth breathers? I have a full face mask and just got fitted for an oral appliance. I was hoping to be able to travel with just the oral appliance but my husband says that I am snoring with just the oral appliance in.

You'll need a chinstrap.

Good idea on the chin strap. More than likely you will need to continue using your machine. Did it come with a carrying case?
