Help interpreting My Encore Results

Dear All,

I am having trouble I believe with my CPAP machine. I have just got the encore software and I believe my results are terrible. Over 1 month it says my average leak per night is 1hour 21minutes and my average AHI is 3.7.

Could someone tell me what I need to look out for. What sort of results are acceptable. I am using a swift 11 nasal mask.
