Well it's been 5 night and still I am not as comfortable on the in and out breathing as I was with my old auto bipap tank, which I used for over two years with AHI consistant at less than 2.0
I have been trying to adjust the settings of the system one auto bipap to get the rhythms of my breathing, which were tracked so well with the tank, but so far I am not there. My pressure settings are the same 18/8, and after that you can adjust the biflex 1-3, and the mask resistance. I am hoping to just get used to it and am trying to relax and not think about it, however I am prone to analyse everything so it's hard for me not to focus on it. Last night seemed better but the AHI average which is all I have right now, went up some and is 3.2 after 5 nights.
Just looking for any comparisons or feedback, I will work on it till i get right.

Sounds frustrating. Good luck!
