The cough according to him only arises in 5% of of people taking them and when I asked about the kidney problems associated with them and pre testing me before taking them, - the reply was: , well I should have been tested before being started on the ACE just to see if there was any pre-existing hypertension induced damage to them.
The thing is I wasnt tested. So why do I get treated like an impertinent child for presenting the latest trial reports and for asking questions before blindly swallowing drugs?..
Because all too often specialists think they know everything including your body's idiosyncrasies. My sleep doc and cardio share several patients and have a good working relationship, thank goodness!
