how to buy S9 from Italy? and an oximeter?

Today I realized that my CPAP is not good. better I think to myself. money is no problem, it is important to treat the disease.

I just read of someone who bought theirs on Cpap sale site and had it shipped to a friend who then shipped it to them. Maybe that would work or perhaps Cpap.com would ship to you? Good luck, it does help a lot!
