Dreaming Again!

Post by OceanGoingGal » Sat May 15, 2010 3:53 am

Lately I have been dreaming. This feels like a good thing. I am getting deep enough into sleep to actually dream. I have noticed too that I am getting more hours asleep. Sometimes it is broken by a nature call but I am able to go back to sleep. Feeling less fatigued than I used to. It has taken two years of therapy on the cpap but ohhhhh so worth it. Slow but sure I am moving toward recovery. Life is good!!

Just to show how different we all are. I have been dreaming heavy all my life (now73) and waking up very very tired. And guess what sleeptest have proven: I do not reach the deep sleep stadia at all. Got diagnosed with abnea 2 years ago. Have been on the cpap now since then but it does nothing for me being soooo tired. Had my last sleeptest this past week have no more abnea's and according to doc he cannot do anything for me being so tired. The answer was, being tired does not have anything to do with sleepabnea. I am gutted and very discouraged, gone is all my hope of getting at least some energy.
