Free Neti Pot, if I'm reading it right . . .

I have not gotten it but i'll bet it is legit. I got a deal some time ago if I bought a box of 100 saline packs I would get a free squeeze bottle or neti pot. They are a little plastic pot not a nice ceramic one so I suspect they make enough on a box of saline packets to more than pay for it. I do like the squeeze bottle better than the neti pot but that is personal preference. If they give it to you and you go buy a box of saline packets and use it once they made money!!

Two things to keep in mind

1.) T.A.N.S.T.A.A.F.L. (There ain't no such thing as a free lunch)

2.) And I think you are right Jerry..... Just like Gilette! They give you the razor to sell the blades

I use a sinu-cleanse bottle as it has a back flow preventer (I am not sure how effective it is).

I buy the saline (Walgreens house brand at about 1/2 the price of the branded stuff) on sale.

get a box of "canning and pickling salt" or kosher salt - 2 or 3 dollars for a big 4 lb one at Safeway - use distilled water - make your own - if you want you can add some baking soda with the salt -

i just use sea salt now for the neti pot + hot tap water. i used the free packs that came with initial neti pot purchase but i don't plan on spending more money for salt I have the plastic version of the neti pot, it's better cause i don't have to worry that i'll break it! plus it's easy to shake around (it has a lid) to get the salt to dissolve.
