conversion settings

I have complex central and obstructive sleep apna. My Rx was for a ResMed VPap Adapt SV. I changed doctors and again went through testing, this time using Repironics equipment. I now have a Rx of 25/10/5 and no one knows the conversion to my ResMed. Can any one help?

Edit your subject to read something like "Central Sleep Apnea/Need help with ventilator settings".

This should help get some attention from the expert patients.

Thanks. The original poster did repost with the new title. I really appreciate all you do to help folks here. It's the quiet, unassuming efforts like this that make a HUGE difference to how this forum can help folks who come here. Thank you for making a difference!

P.S. Of course, it's not just Rooster do does this. I am constantly amazed at how much everyone in this forum makes the very real effort to be "different".
