VA Benefits??

Just curious if anybody has a service connected disability thru the VA for Sleep Apnea. I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea last August and have been out of the Airforce for around 7 years now. The symptoms I had started about 2 years after joining, and I'm in the process now of trying to get compensation for it. Not being diagnosed while in the Service will probably make it next to impossible, I am wondering if anybody on the board has had any dealings with the VA on the Sleep Apnea issue, as I have heard of people receiving compensation for it.
