New Autoset Spirit CPAP by ResMed

Post by Severeena » Sat Oct 08, 2005 11:06 pm

I bid on a Resmed Autoset Spirit CPAP, but it does not have the heated humidifier like my machine does, can these two inter act with each other or do I have to purchase the humidifier separately. I was lucky to get it for the price I did.

If you currently have the HumidAire 2i for your S7 Lightweight, it is the same integrated humidifier that goes with your new AutoSet Spirit.

Money will be saved. I have that one on my machine now.

Thank you.

I just wish I didn't have to pay what I did for it, but it is still cheaper and all my hoses will fit on it.

Sharon,

I believe you will be very happy with it. The 2i h/h is as you already would know, not perfect, but does the job.

The spirit is a very good xPAP. The price you paid was qite ok.

Cheers

I got to checking and the humifier I have is what they put on the Auto Spirit. Go figure.

I was really impressed at the price I paid for the machine.

Sharon,

If this helps you feel *really* good - here in Australia 3 weeks ago, on ebay, a 2 year-old well used Spirit & 2i, sold for $AUD 1,200 (approx $US912).

So you did *very* well from where we sit

Cheers

I paid way less than that for the Auto Spirit on Yahoo Auction. Here in the states, eBay will not allow CPAP machines to be auctioned off.

I paid only $335.00 plus $20.00 shipping.

I hope I can say how much I spent.
