Hello all, I am new to the forum today and have a question to ask.
I have a RemStar Pro Cpap which is at least 7 years old. I have never had any problems or need to make any adjustments during all this time. However, I have gained around 40 pounds since I first had my sleep test and I am now not getting the benefit I once did with the cpap. I am snoring so much that the wife has banished me to the back bedroom as of today.
My question is how do I boost up the pressure on this machine? (I am certain that due to my weight gain that the pressure needs to be bumped up) I see no way in the menu choices to increase pressure. Does the cover need to be removed for this? And what is the card in card slot for? Does that have anything to do with the pressure.
I remember the guy who first set it up for me stating the they did not want the user to be able to make any adjustments in pressure. I have been out of work for almost 2 years and can't afford to have another sleep study performed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.............Frank
