I know a lot of you guys/gals SWEAR by them, and I'm sure they're great for you, but for me personally, I couldn't stand having the pillows up my nose.

I likely could also not tolerate pillows up my nose. If sized and worn properly, nasal pillows do not go up your nose. They seal just on the outer edge of your nares.

Komodo,
I also have used several of the masks you mention. I am currently using the Quattro. I find it more comfortable and get fewer leaks than Ultra Mirage. I get more pressure on my nose bridge from Ultra than Quattro. The Quattro is easier to adjust nose pressure while wearing. If I find it too tight or uncomfortable on nose, I just dial it back a notch or two. Sometimes I adjust it as far back until it leaks, then tighten as far until leaks stop, to get it as light as possible. If it is later leaking, I just turn it one notch tighter again. I get more marks on my forehead than nose, although not painful. I cannot eliminate enough leaks on Ultra without still hurting.
You might be surprised how comfortable nasal pillows are. I used the Swift LT for 4-5 weeks and found it more comfortable than any mask. I have about 6-7 masks and have tried others. I only switched to FFM because my mouth leaks and I got tired of all the remedies to that issue. It was a 1 hour ritual to prepare for sleep with a nasal, including washing, shaving, taping, then chin strap, vetwrap, or papcap, then mask, etc.... But all that was only because my mouth opens at night.
I also have the Hybrid, and it just does not fit my face. I have the comfortgel nasal and like it, but still have mouth leaks. I have the Optilife pillow, and found it useless. I will likely go back and forth between my Quattro and Swift. If you do not have mouth leak issues, I would try the Swift as it is very comfortable, but among those you mention I like the Quattro.

Just got off the phone with my DME. They're coming to my house on Monday with a selection of masks for me to try, including the three I'm interested in.
There was a little confusion on their part on the ComfortFull. They kept insisting I meant the Comfortgel, and I kept insisting NO, I mean Comfort FULL!!!!! They finally figured it out, and will be bringing the right mask, I hope!

I appreciate all the help yopu've given me, and I'll let you know how I make out.

Thank's
John
