Without the SA password I'm not sure it can be done easily. Might be best just to reinstall EncorePro and start a new db.....
I'm not an SQL expert by any means, but I've worked with it for a bit....
cheers

edit to add: James Skinner on this forum may be able to give more appropriate advice. He wrote the EncorePro Analyzer program.

Never done THAT, but what Encore Pro version is the client running?
There ARE various "Readme" files on the software install CDs and also in the installed in the SQL directory in the Program Files folder.

Something like these:

MSDE2000_SP3/sp3readme.htm
MSDE2KSP4/ReadmeSql2k32desksp4.htm
DBInstaller/MSDE2KSP4/ReadmeSql2k32desksp4.htm

Den
(5) REMstar Autos w/C-Flex & (6) REMstar Pro 2 CPAPs w/C-Flex - Pressure Setting = 14 cm.
"Passover" Humidification - ResMed Ultra Mirage FF - Encore Pro w/Card Reader & MyEncore software - Chiroflow pillow

If it's just one patient in the db I would use the patient "export" feature. If it's a DME with more than one patient this won't help - well unless you are getting paid by the hour/patient.

edit: I see Den is on it - good Q? What version of Encore Pro?
