Bearcat,
My titration pressure was 10 but I adjusted up to 11 after a few weeks. I used the Swift LT nasal pillows the first 4-5 weeks. My AHI was around 5-6 and no longer dropping. So I increased it by .5 one week and another .5 the next to 11. It did lower AHI to under 5 but I could not control leaks and mouth breathing. Not from the increased pressure, I already had those issues before. So I am trying FFMs now but have not found one as comfortble as Swift or that gives me as low an AHI. I may end up going back to Swift and just use tape and chinstraps.

My Quattro performed better after it was used versus new. Also, I found a magic spot where it was not too tight and not too loose, but more on the loose side. It was there that air fills up the seal and creates a seal that stays put. I had to be certain that my face was clean but not dry so I washed my face about an hour before bed. Sheesh, what we'll go through : )

Best wishes!
