Cravings have gone away.

I have noticed since starting CPAP treatment 4 months ago, I no longer have cravings for sweets. Has anyone else noticed this change?

I have not been on that long, but I have noticed that I do not need caffeine like I used to. Before I needed it to function, now I am fine without it.

That's terrific, because it might have meant you were on the brink of diabetes, and Cpap may very well have helped avoid it. Not that Cpap is direct 'diabetes therapy', but when you're tired you're prone to overeating carbs, and now that you're not trying to keep yourself awake with food (getting a sugar high) you can stay awake naturally.

I do get the cravings about as often as I did before which wasn't much. However I am on a strict diet now so I can't have any of it.

I have always had cravings for sweet things just not to the extent most women do. My wife has always said it isn't fair.
