Anyone tried Smiling Feet- the gel inserts?

I picked up some today that look like they're shaped perfectly for the bridge of the nose. They're the gel heel liners. If anyone knows that these are bad to use please let me know. I read all the stuff about us not using silly putty and I would have done that had I not read it, so I wanted to double check.
