I got my diagnose yesterday. I'm glad about it because for 10 years I had no idea why I was always tired and now I know and it's possible to fix it.

My doctor recommended that I get a CPAP machine. So much information on the web and so many choices! I will need much help to choose the right one!

Welcome to the board! 10 years huh? You'd be suprised, but thats not out of the ordinary! Sadly, it gets worse. Some people figure it out after a car crash or two...

Welcome to the site, I joined yesterday, and have had two replies to my queries regarding cpap. Am going to keep in touch with the site for all the latest info and advice.
