S8 Elite II changing settings

Can anyone tell me how to change the settings on a Resmed Elite II. Also does it have automatic altitude adjustment
or is there a way to change it..It did not work well last night as I am traveling with it.

Thank you so much...that is just what I need. Did find the altitude is supposed to set automatically.

Fantastic!!! I hope that your CPAP therapy is going well overall. Perhaps your difficulty last night was due to travel fatigue.
