Here are the settings for my machine and numbers:
90% (cmH2O):
7 day average = 8.8
30 day average: 8.1

System Leak:
7 day = 30.4
30 day = 28.4

APN-Hyp Index:
7 day = AHI 5.6
30 day = AHI 5.1

I changed the setting (Auto) from a minimum of 4 to a minimum of 6. There is also an "Autoramp" that I changed from 4 to 6 as well.

I am happy to make any other changes as well. Whatever will help me, I will do.

Thank you all so much for the help.

Given that data, especially the 90%, 6 cm is a better minimum setting for you. You may want to change it in future but leave it for 3 or 4 days. It takes time to adjust.

Your leak rate looks quite good and your AHI is not too bad. Anything 5 or under is considered "good therapy" by the Sleep Medicine professionals. Many of us here do better if the AHI is below 3.

With your minimum setting being 2 cm higher, you may get below an AHI of 5 soon (maybe even below 3).

You could turn the ramp off since setting it at 6 cm (the same as your minimum) you are not really using ramp and with a minimum of 6 and a 90% of just over 8 cm, you probably don't need any ramp at all.

Give it time!

I cannot thank you enough for helping me out.

I worked with a guy that felt a difference in a day or two and after 3 or so months, it is better, but not by much.

I figured my leak rate would be awful as I used to take my other mask off all the time.

I hope all of this makes a difference.

Thanks again, I really appreciate it.
