Cinco777,
Hmmm, I'm listening to everything you say. I think this is something that I will bring up with the cardio. As per your watching, I couldn't agree with you more. I have always tried to watch as much as surgeons would allow. At my last c/section I insisted on seeing the actual scalpel going in to make the first cut. I wanted to watch the whole thing but they wouldn't let me. They thought I was gross. They usually roll the mirror into position just as the baby is being pulled out. Not much to watch there, babies pretty much all look the same from that angle. And if you've seen one, you've seen them all. (She's 26 now and she was the 5th in 6 years time.) Sorry for the digression...

My cholesterol goes up and down from 210 to 250. I've tried statins but I got the weird muscle reaction, twitches, and lost a lot of hair. If I exercise more it usually goes down. Right now it's 246, which means I need to get on the stair-master. My family has high cholesterol. My younger daughter (both daughters are vegan, active and thin) already has high cholesterol.

Thanks again for your input and interest. Since I joined just days ago, I've gotten more help from all the folks here than I ever would have imagined.
