hi Thankyou for all your help I am now ready to look at software ,I have a laptop with windows vista basic and a remstarplus m series machine with a encorepro smartcard ,can anyony advise me what to get and look for in the software that I need .thankyou

and the answer didn't change either - software is a waste of money with the PLUS

get your doc to script a machine where software can be used
