elg5cats, I am also being overcharged monthly by a DME--Apria. My copay for my machine rental, as stated on the insurance company EOB, is about $3.00 less per month than they are deducting from my credit card monthly. We have tried to contact them, but get no response at all. The local people don't know anything at all. Their billing is all done somewhere else. It's not a lot of money, but it's the principle of the thing. We are avoiding any more purchases with them because we just want to be rid of them.
