Really frustrating...

Post by YELOOCD » Sat Oct 31, 2009 4:42 pm

I kinda got everything working for Thursday night...felt ok (not great) Friday... Friday night could not fall asleep (but I did watch half a season of Dexter) got up 4 hours ago and really don't have an idea if I wore it at all...don't recall going to bed...this sucks, I have been this way for so long that I am not sure its worth it...but yet I here your success ..there is no good reason why I pull the mask off in my sleep ... today I have some energy I took care of the swamp cooler and mowed put the mower up til spring ...I am frustrated still...going down Monday or Tuesday... and get a mask.

It can be VERY frustrating, but I'm here to encourage you to hang in there. Celebrate your little successes! You had more energy today to do things you haven't done. Give yourself credit for that.

It really is a one day at a time deal we have going here. Do something to make sure you don't remove the mask--tape it to your face, wear gloves, whatever it takes.

Good luck!!

Hi,

So, why do you think that you couldn't go to sleep? Were you not tired? Nervous? Not feeling well? Your mind was too wrapped up? Not comfortable? Not liking the CPAP? About all I can suggest is to break this down, and try to figure out what was going on. Once you know what the issue is, it is a lot easier to find a solution.
