I have a new Remstar Auto M series A-flex, anyone have comments of pros or cons about this machine? My two previous machines both function different so I was just wanting to find out some info so I know what to expect.

That's what I have. Switched from M-series Pro w/c-flex.

The machine is great. I found I get better numbers using CPAP, so I run it in CPAP mode most of the time. I switch to APAP for a week every six months or so just to make sure my 90% pressure hasn't changed...then go back to CPAP at that pressure. I really couldn't tell any difference between a-flex and c-flex while in APAP mode.

I really like the machine, mainly for its flexibility.

Kenny, you've got a machine that I like very much. I found A-Flex to be smoother and more like natural breathing feels. Each person's experience with different machines/different settings can be...well, "different", of course.

Very nice machine, imho.

Welcome to the board. Hope you enjoy the new machine.

The only problem I had was the humidifier. Does not seem to hold enough water for a full night. Bought a stand alone. Keep this system as my back-up.
