Pressure settings on a Resmed erp

How do you change the pressure on the Resmed cpap?

I have the REmstar and this is correct. I change the range from time to time but still tired the Dr. knows this and says it is trial/error. Someone I know just got a Resmed erp whatever so hopefully it is the same set up. Also pressure 8 but not happy has to use full face.
