Pain in sides and leg cramps

Post by FatiguedMe » Wed Oct 14, 2009 9:59 am

Hi,
I am waking up more often with both of my sides hurting. I am also noticing leg cramps when I mask up. I don't have them when I am not on the machine. Any ideas what is going on? Anyone experience this?
Thank you

Often leg cramps are due to a vitamin deficiency.

Also remember that when you sleep with a Cpap you relax deeper and move less so you may need a mattress topper to prevent pressure cutting off some of your circulation.

As for the aching sides - when I bumped up my pressure the first few days I had that too, felt like I had been blowing up balloons for a week or so.

Then again, you might want to get your kidneys checked out...
