question on mask

I am having problems with my mask, I keep waking at night with my mouth so dry I cant breath, I am using a nasel mask at this time. I have my CPap set at 3 that seems to help some. Would a full face mask help this problem?

3 is humidifier setting?

you have a good chance you are mouthbreathing and need to fix that. one solution is a FFM. others have used means to keep mouth shut with chin straps (not great success but some), taping mouth, denture strips, etc.
