Downloading info from Resmed AutoSet Spirit

Post by Janelle » Sat Jan 08, 2005 5:46 pm

I am temporarily using the above unit until my GoodKnight 420E comes in(it was supposedly going to be in after 2 weeks with this temp unit, but now the DME tells me they didn't order it until I brought the temp unit in for download, so another 2 weeks--why does it take so long when I can order something and have it overnight from cpap.com??).

Anyway, they downloaded the info from the temp unit, briefly showed me the results, but didn't give me a copy. I'm wondering if there is someway I can download the results and readouts myself on my own computer or if I have to have the software to do so.

Naturally, I received no manual with this unit!

If you live in Austin, I can highly NOT recommend this DME American Homepatient

The easiest thing to do is: hold the two smaller buttons below the LCD screen down at the same time. You will then be able to acces the efficacy data.

Just tell the DME guy he's fired and order thru cpap.com. You'll have it in a day.
