Zeo

I just got myself a Zeo and I'm having trouble using it. I've slept with the headband three days in a row now and it hasn't recorded any data! The band fits pretty snug and it stays on the entire night. The battery indicator is stays solid so I know it's fully charged.

Has anyone here used it and have ideas on what I could be doing wrong?

I emailed their customer support two days ago and they still haven't replied. I hope I can get some help here

As Sue mentioned in here reply to you, it sounded like a problem with the headband which should have fixed the trouble. Let us know if you have any other questions!
