Night sweats

I have had sleep apnea for 2 and a half years now. In the last few months I have been having night sweats. I researched on the net and discovered that it may be associated with sleep apnea. It's one of only a couple of reasons that I can find that would apply to me. Anyone any experience or comments about this? Thanks.
