hello everyone,
Can someone please tell me what the green,red and black bands mean when you read "patterns of use" page on the encore viewer software?

Green means more than the minimum (requirement) of 4 hours of use.
Red means less than the minimum (requirement) of 4 hours of use.
Black means missing days (or nights). (I believe)

green== over 4 hours of therapy
red = under 4 hours of therapy
black = I have no idea, I have never seen black, only red and green

There is one black now that I think of it. The settling time on the Legacy Pro 2 (10 Min) shows as a short black section of line and will add 10 minites to the section every time you start and stop it.

The original poster is talking about the "Patterns of Use" page(s)......page 2 thru "whatever"

What you're describing would probably be from the "Daily Details" pages.

I've seen a black band on mine...that be the morning I missed turning the machine off when I got up.
